A escada que liga os dois andares foi substituída por uma em vidro e ferro. Os revestimentos, gesso, iluminação, marcenaria, mármores e granitos foram desenhados pelo escritório.
A área externa conta com varanda e piscina aquecida. As cores utilizadas são preto, branco, cinzas e vermelho.
The private family quarter is on the first level and was designed from a standard, 3 bedroom plan, turned into 4 bedrooms en suite and an office with washroom. The stairway which connects the two levels was replaced by a new one made by glass and iron. The cladding, plaster lining, lighting, wood furniture and the parts in marble and granite were designed by the office. The external area has a closed porch and acclimatized pool. The colors used are black, white, tones of grey and red.
