Residência (Residence) 200m², Santa Cruz do Sul, 2015
Na fase 1 do projeto, a missão era projetar uma residência conceito, contemporânea, que tirasse melhor proveito do terreno escolhido, que possuía um lindo cinturão verde ao fundo. O imóvel foi vendido e, na fase 2, o enfoque foi nos interiores. Houve muita liberdade no desenho do mobiliário, nas escolhas dos móveis soltos, nas decisões de iluminação, adornos e paisagismo. Os 200m² estão distribuídos em piso inferior, estar/jantar/cozinha integrados, lavabo, lavanderia e uma varanda/pergolado/churrasqueira. Piso superior possui suíte principal e dois quartos que compartilham um banheiro (tipo americano). Parte do pé direito duplo é 6 metros, no restante 2,75cm.
A proposta tem estilo contemporâneo e sóbrio, e utiliza de tons cinzas e materiais naturais, como a pedra e o concreto aparente, para destacar a hierarquia a geometria e os planos do projeto.
Funcionalidade é a palavra-chave, tudo é muito bem aproveitado, a posição e tamanho das aberturas é projetada para trazer luz, gerar visuais e ventilar, sempre pensando no conforto e utilização de cada espaço. O destaque fica por conta do grande ambiente de estar/jantar/cozinha, onde é possível integrar ao pergolado/varanda exterior, trazendo uma sensação de maior amplitude a área social.
A volumetria da casa é marcada pela utilização de cores, dois tons de cinza, e por materiais naturais. O muro é em blocos de concreto aparentes, e a piscina recebeu pastilhas em porcelana azul escuro. A iluminação de fachada foi feita com arandelas com lentes (com duplo efeito) e iluminação do jardim e do abrigo de carros, feita por holofotes de LED.
DESTAQUES
O deque é em PVC, feito de material reciclado, não tem manutenção e não aquece como exposição ao sol.
No piso inferior, foi usado porcelanato rústico 45x90.
A escada detalhada pelo escritório e tem estrutura em ferro, degraus em pranchas de madeira em louro freijó e peitoris em vidro de 8mm, na altura do patamar da escada foi projetada dois pilares em concreto aparente.
A maior parte das obras do corredor do piso inferior são de diversos artistas, e algumas são da autoria da própria arquiteta.
On the first phase of the project, the aim was to design a conceptual residence seizing the terrain with lots of green at the back. Later, the place was sold and on the second phase the focus was on the interior design. There was great freedom on the furniture design and on the choice of the unique pieces as well as lighting, objects and landscaping. The 200 Sm are distributed among lower level, integrated living room, dining room and kitchen, washroom, laundry room and a porch with barbecue and pergola. The upper level has a bedroom en suite and two bedrooms with shared bathroom. Double height ceiling of 6m in some of the area and 2.75cm on the rest.
Natural materials and tones of grey are used to convey a sober and contemporary style with apparent stone and concrete to show the hierarchy, geometry and different planes of the project.
Functionality is the focus, everything is well seized, the position and size of the openings is designed to bring light, enhance the visual and ventilate, always with the comfort and utilization of each space in mind. The highlight is the huge ambient formed by the living room, dining room and kitchen that can be integrated to the outer porch and pergola, amplifying the social area.
The volumetry of the building is marked by color usage - two tones of grey - and natural materials. The wall is of apparent concrete and the pool has dark blue porcelain tiles. The lighting on the façade was done with wall sconces of double effect and the garden lighting and garage by LED flood lights.
HIGHLIGHTS
The decking is in PVC, made of recycled material, doesn’t require maintenance and doesn’t heat when exposed to the sun.
On the lower level, the floor is on rustic porcelain tiles of 45x90cm.
The staircase was designed by the office and has iron structure, steps in feijo wooden planks and windowsill in glass of 8mm. By the height of the staircase landing, two apparent concrete pillars were designed.
Most of the works of art on the lower level aisle are from various artists and some from this architect.
